Getting Fatter and Fatter…

Last year, June 20, when I back from Kuching, my weight was around 72~76 kilograms. But now my weight is 86 kilograms.
It is about 8~10 kilograms difference for 6 months time.
What I have been eating these 6 months?
“Kampua” (kind of Sibu famous Noodle)
Supper Daily
At lease 4 meals per day
Lack of exercising (OMG), what can you link with this consequences ? High pressure? High cholesterol? etc.. I have no idea, since last year till now I haven’t gone to have a blood test.
What reason will cause me to get Fat?
No pressure lifestyle, getting lazier when having my current job.
Therefore, it is time for me to keep fit…
How much do I need to loose?
around 10 kilograms..
I think i need to cut down my meals to 2 meals per day..
More exercising, eating more healthy food/drinks…
I should persistence to DO IT.. I can do it…TRUST ME….
